Features
1. The controller is multi-functional design, which can be used for dust-proof fire-fighting and fire monitoring of belt transfer point and large belt head. The dust-proof control and fire-fighting control adopts two modes of independent work and combined work. The water curtain works at the same time, and automatically turns into the dustproof state when there is no fire.)
2. Use smoke, tear/rm degree sensors to monitor the temperature of the gas (or CH4 concentration) in the environment. When there is an indication of fire, automatically open the fire curtain to extinguish the fire, and then automatically close the fire curtain when the fire is removed. The fire status signal is uploaded to the monitoring system or the transport monitoring system for display and alarm processing.
3. The material sensor is used to detect the condition of the material on the transporter. When there is material on the transporter and the material is moving, the electric valve is automatically opened for dust prevention. When the transported material is small or the material stops moving, the dust is automatically turned off.
4. The sensor can automatically monitor the moisture condition of the material due to the high humidity of the material, and the dust screen is automatically closed.
