To ensure the machine operates accurately and reliably, it is essential to maintain proper environmental conditions around the equipment. Below are detailed guidelines for optimal performance and longevity.
1. Environmental Parameters:
The machine requires a controlled environment to function properly. The following conditions should be maintained:
- Temperature: Operating range: 17°C – 25°C; Transport range: 0°C – 60°C. Ideal temperature difference should not exceed ±2°C. The ambient temperature should stay within 15°C – 40°C.
- Humidity: At 20°C, humidity should be between 40% – 70%, with no condensation present.
- Vibration: Vibration levels must be less than 0.5G to avoid affecting precision.
2. Installation Location:
The machine should not be installed in areas exposed to radiation such as microwaves, ultraviolet light, lasers, or X-rays. Additionally, avoid installing the device in the following locations:
- Direct sunlight
- High humidity areas
- Areas with large temperature fluctuations
- High vibration zones
- Strong magnetic fields
- Dusty environments
Also, avoid the following surroundings near the installation site:
- Garages
- Frequently used drive lanes
- Pressure or stamping machines
- Welding, spot welding, or argon arc welding areas
- Substations
- High voltage power lines
- Dust-generating equipment or processes
3. Site Preparation:
The foundation where the equipment is installed must be fully compacted, free of voids or loose soil. A stable and reliable power source is required, meeting national standards. Temporary power sources are not allowed. The equipment must have proper grounding protection for safety.
A stable compressed air supply is also necessary. The air must be dry and clean, complying with local regulations. It should be delivered at a pressure of 0.5–0.7 MPa with a flow rate of at least 5 m³/h.
4. Power Supply Requirements:
The installation site must provide a three-phase four-wire power system. The line voltage should be 380V ± 5%. If the site provides 200V ± 5%, no transformer is needed when powering on the device. However, if the voltage is 220V, voltage regulation must be carefully managed to ensure fluctuations do not exceed 220V ± 5%.
5. Compressed Air System:
The main pipeline of the compressed air system should include a filter and a dryer. The air pressure must be maintained at 0.5–0.7 MPa, with a minimum flow rate of 5 m³/h. This ensures consistent performance and prevents damage from moisture or contaminants.
