1. Product Application

2. Product Description
(1) Principle
The machine produces ice ranging from 300kg/day to 30T/day. The evaporator is a special vertical cylinder with an interlayer made of stainless steel or steel. Refrigerant evaporates in the interlayer while water sprays on the inner walls, freezing quickly into flake ice. A stainless blade continuously rotates to scrape off the ice, and excess water returns to the tank for reuse.
(2) Ice Features
Irregular flake ice with thickness between 1.5mm and 2.5mm. Thin ice is perfect for mixing and cooling food without damaging surfaces. Fast cooling due to large contact area. Flexible and easy to use, suitable for small applications.

(3) Equipment Features
- Inner spiral shaping cutter reduces energy consumption and prevents refrigerant leakage.
- Carbon steel treated with hard nobelium plating, using high-quality SUS304 or 316 stainless steel for optimal heat transfer.

Q1: How do I place an order?
A: After confirming the product specifications and price, we will issue a proforma invoice. Once we receive your deposit, production will begin. If you have a shipping agent, we can arrange delivery through them. Otherwise, you’ll need to find one at the destination port to handle customs clearance.

Q2: What are your payment terms?
A: 30% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 70% paid upon completion. Small payments can be made via PayPal, Escrow, or Western Union. Please confirm all details before making a payment.
