Structure and Working Principle:
The product includes rims, bearing brackets, a transparent seed box, and a pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using M4 threaded holes on both sides of the rims. According to the seed roller size, it can plant corn, peanuts, soybeans, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea.
Operation:Users can choose any of the eight spacing options, with curved plates forming a funnel. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the length of the child controls the seed depth and spacing. Multiple funnels are fixed on the rims, each side trimmed with an S-shaped putter. The S putter push transmission rod drives the wheel, which turns along with the shaft. This ensures seeds are dropped into the furrow accurately. The sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center, allowing three bearings to open and close precisely, enabling accurate seeding.
Pushing the shaft's sides with flat center bushings and brackets connects them together. When manually driven, the sprocket causes intermittent movement, achieving sowing. The planting mechanism ensures one grain of corn or two tablets per hole, meeting most regional farmers' needs. The factory provides five different seed rounds, with users able to choose grain size and color. Changing the wheel cover requires removing the seed round and adjusting it manually. For convenience, the factory installs two types of wheel sizes (market leader). Before sowing, test by pushing the furrow to ensure normal seed flow, then check during the process and make timely adjustments. If issues occur due to improper adjustment, the factory is not responsible.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check bolts and self-tapping screws to prevent loosening.
2. After sowing, clean all parts and oil threads to prevent rust. Store in a cool, dry place to extend the life of the equipment.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder before placing in the seed box.
2. Pay attention to foreign objects in the nozzle when soil is wet or rainy.
3. Ensure proper seed round matching for the species.
4. Do not run backward; push forward according to the arrow direction.
5. Control sowing speed at 35-40 meters per minute.
6. Prohibited to allow children to play with the machine or touch gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. Seed tank capacity should not be less than one-third.
8. Always run the seeder in the direction of the arrow on the seed box side.
9. If seed usage per acre drops significantly, check for blockages or malfunctions to avoid losses.
10. Keep spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the assembly order and align properly, especially noting the positive side.
