2016 New Model Hands Pushing Small Manual Corn and Beans Seeder
Introduction:
This factory seeding machine is the latest development for the current needs of the new generation product. After being tested by senior technicians in the field, it has been improved ten times, making it a market leader. It is lightweight, with accurate spacing, adjustable settings, and easy depth control, significantly increasing labor efficiency. The seeder is made from high-quality steel, processed through stamping, rolling, welding, and treated for corrosion resistance, galvanization, and painting for durability. The seed box is transparent, allowing users to easily monitor the seed volume. All housing parts are made from ABS material and reinforced nylon, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Our 2016 New Model Seeder at Canton Fair:

Our seeder in Nigeria:

Features:
1. Developed after years of experience based on farmers' needs.
2. A successful product after two years of testing and improvement.
3. Durable and ensures accurate sowing.
4. Uniform sowing and consistent germination.
5. Twice as efficient as portable seeders.
6. Improved design and more durable construction.
7. Certified by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision.
Structure and Working Principle:
The product includes rims, bearing brackets, a transparent seed box, and a pushing mechanism. Spacing can be adjusted using 72 M4 threaded holes on both sides of the rims. According to the size of the seed roller, it can plant corn, peanuts, soybeans, peas, mung beans, walnuts, sorghum, and tea.

Operation:
Users can select any of the eight spacing options. Curved plates around the rims form a funnel. Each arc nozzle plate is fixed to a child, and the length is controlled by the pitch. Multiple funnels are fixed on the rims, and each side is trimmed with an S-shaped putter. The S putter pushes the transmission rod, which drives the wheel. The wheels and wheel types share the same shaft, so turning one wheel adjusts the spacing and directs the seeds into the furrow. The active sub-nozzle axis rotates around a small center weld, enabling precise opening and closing actions, ensuring seeds fall into the soil accurately.
The shaft's sides are connected with flat center bushings, brackets, and stiffeners (with an M6 rod nut fixed). When manually driven, the seeder rolls forward, and the sprocket causes intermittent movement, achieving sowing. This machine is ideal for planting a single grain of corn or two tablets, meeting the needs of most regional farmers. It comes with five different seed rounds, and users can choose from five colors and seed sizes. Changing the wheel covers and removing the seed round is straightforward. For convenience, the factory installs two different wheel sizes (market leader), and users should adjust before sowing. Before officially planting, test by pushing in the furrow to ensure normal operation. Always check during sowing, identify issues, and make timely adjustments. If there are problems due to improper adjustment or lack of seeds, the factory is not responsible.
Care and Maintenance:
1. Regularly check all bolts and self-tapping screws for looseness and tighten them promptly to prevent falling off.
2. After sowing, clean the seeder, oil the threads of all parts to prevent rust. Store in a cool, dry place to extend its lifespan.
Precautions:
1. When using coated seeds, mix them with 0.5% or 0.2% lead oxide powder for better coating before placing them in the seed box.
2. Pay attention if foreign objects are present in the nozzle when the soil is wet or rainy.
3. Ensure proper matching of seed types with the seed round.
4. Do not run, pull down, or push down (follow the arrow direction).
5. Control the sowing speed at 35–40 meters per minute.
6. Strictly prohibit children from playing with or touching the gears to avoid damage or injury.
7. The seed tank must have at least one-third capacity.
8. Always follow the arrow direction when operating the seeder from the seed box side.
9. If you notice a significant decrease in seed usage per acre, check for blockages or other failures to avoid losses.
10. Keep spare wheels and accessories inside the box.
11. When adjusting spacing, remember the assembly order and align the fixed parts properly (pay special attention to the positive side).
12. All dimensions are provided by the factory. Adjust according to the seed type and spacing; change promptly if errors occur.
13. The appearance and technical standards of the product are subject to the actual appliance, and the factory has the final interpretation.
