(1) Principle
The machine operates by using a vertical evaporator with stainless steel inner walls. Water is sprayed onto the inner surface, where it rapidly freezes due to the refrigerant evaporation in the interlayer. A stainless blade continuously rotates to scrape the ice off the walls, and excess water is redirected back into the tank for reuse. Production capacity ranges from 300kg/day up to 30T/day.
