Two key research topics—“Harmonic Analysis on the 110 kV Side of the 1000 kV UHV AC Pilot Demonstration Substation†and “System Research on the 110 kV Side of the 1000 kV UHV AC Test Demonstration Substationâ€â€”undertaken by the Chinese Academy of Electric Power have successfully passed expert review. The results of these studies were praised for their practical value and technical depth.
According to reports, the findings from these two research projects have already been applied in the design and equipment procurement phases of the Jindongnan-Nanyang-Jingmen UHV test demonstration project. This not only enhances the accuracy and efficiency of the engineering process but also provides a solid scientific foundation for improving the overall quality of future UHV projects. As the development of ultra-high voltage transmission continues to advance, such research plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability, safety, and sustainability of the power grid.
