Product Description
The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane oil-sealed vacuum pump, which is one of the main equipment for low and medium vacuum applications. It can be used independently or as a forepump for other vacuum pumps, mechanical booster pumps, and turbo molecular pumps.
These pumps are ideal for low and medium vacuum environments, designed to handle air and dry gases. They are not suitable for corrosive, toxic, flammable, or explosive gases, nor for gases containing fine particles or dust. Additionally, they cannot transport small objects.
They can operate continuously in well-ventilated rooms with ambient temperatures ranging from 5°C to 30°C and humidity levels below 80%. In addition to their standard applications, the XD series vacuum pumps can also be adapted for various specialized uses, such as:
- Combining with Roots pumps to increase pumping capacity and improve vacuum levels.
- Installing a condenser and gas ballast valve when dealing with moist or condensable gases.
- Using dust filters if the gas contains particulates.
- Adding corrosion-resistant filters for handling corrosive gases.

A: We use standard export packaging. If you have special requirements, we will pack accordingly, but additional costs will be borne by the customer.

A: It depends on the quantity. Usually, 15 days after receiving the prepayment. We will confirm once production starts.
7. Q: How should I install the equipment upon arrival?
A: We will include an operating manual with the shipment. Please follow the instructions carefully during installation.
8. Q: How long is the product warranty?
A: All products come with a 12-month warranty against non-artificial quality issues since leaving the factory.
