Product Description
The XD series vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane oil-sealed vacuum pump, commonly used in low to medium vacuum applications. It can be used independently or as a forepump for other types of pumps such as mechanical booster pumps or turbo molecular pumps.
These pumps are ideal for pumping air and dry gases but not suitable for corrosive, toxic, flammable, or explosive gases. They should also not be used for gases containing dust or small particles. The pumps operate best in well-ventilated areas with temperatures between 5°C and 30°C and humidity below 80%.
Additional applications include:
- Combining with Roots pumps to increase pumping capacity and vacuum level.
- Using a condenser and gas ballast valve when dealing with moist or condensable gases.
- Adding dust filters for dusty environments.
- Installing corrosion-resistant filters for corrosive gases.

A: It depends on the quantity of the pumps. Generally, it takes 15 days after receiving the prepayment. We will confirm once production starts.
8. Q: How do you install the equipment upon arrival?
A: We provide installation instructions with the goods. Please follow them carefully during installation.
9. Q: How long is the warranty period for your products?
A: All products come with a 12-month warranty against non-artificial quality issues from the date of leaving our factory.
10. Q: What do you do if there is a quality complaint?
A: We have a fully computer-controlled testing system. Every product is tested before delivery, and no product that fails performance tests leaves our factory.
