Creating the screws and bolts mentioned above is not an easy process. We need to source raw materials and test them, as we may not always have the right ones in stock.
After material testing, they are sent to the manufacturing line according to the schedule. Check the video to see how the raw materials become screws and bolts.
Once the screws and bolts come out of the manufacturing line, other tests begin, including appearance, geometrical dimensions (size), mechanical properties, and surface finish. These are tested thoroughly and systematically.
Once all tests are passed, the products are moved to the warehouse and packed. Then a packing list is sent for booking.
