Office H2O has been a leader in environmental stewardship since its inception in 2015, focusing on reducing plastic waste in office settings nationwide. Their commitment to sustainability has made them pioneers in eco-friendly practices across the Midwest. Now, by teaming up with BNCF, they're extending their reach and impact even further, supporting other organizations aligned with their values.
The synergy between Office H2O and BNCF is incredibly powerful. By pooling resources and efforts, they aim not only to expand their influence but also to inspire others to join the fight against plastic pollution and ensure access to clean water for those in need.
Through BNCF’s charity selection board, Office H2O contributed to two significant causes this year. On a global scale, they partnered with charity: water®, a nonprofit dedicated to bringing clean drinking water to people in developing nations. Thanks to collaborative efforts with customers, sister companies, and billing partners, Office H2O raised $40,000, with $10,756 directly funding the construction of two new wells with hand pumps in the Nampula District of Mozambique. Since charity: water® ensures 100% of donations go directly to projects, every penny counts.
Locally, Office H2O’s contributions went to Keep America Beautiful®, an organization committed to engaging individuals in improving and beautifying their communities. This year, they helped raise $23,593, with $6,344 coming directly from Office H2O. These funds support local initiatives that focus on creating cleaner, healthier environments right here at home.
Our collaboration didn't happen overnight. It was made possible by a portion of the fees collected from bottleless water cooler and ice machine installations in 2023, along with contributions from our billing partners at Pure Water Partners. Every installation, every payment, played a vital role in enabling us to give back to these incredible causes.
