- Measure each part after machining according to 2D drawings
- Conduct mould testing to ensure proper running condition

1. **How about your quality control?**
We have a professional QC team that ensures quality from raw materials to the final mould testing. Quality is our top priority and the foundation of our business.
2. **What's your lead time?**
For most moulds, it takes 45–60 working days (excluding Chinese holidays) after the deposit and design approval.
3. **How to approve samples?**
You can visit our factory to see the test in person, or we can send samples via DHL, TNT, or FedEx, along with a video of the mould operation and dimensional inspection report.
4. **What about after-sales service?**
Free spare parts (non-man-made damage) are provided within one year, and we’re always here to help if you need anything.
