This past Wednesday morning, the Harvey Fire Department responded to a MABAS Box Alarm signaling a fire in an abandoned apartment building located at the intersection of 147th Street and Vail Avenue. This isn’t the first time this week that flames have ravaged an empty structure in the area; they dealt with a similar incident earlier in the week.
