Abstract: This paper introduces the Tibetan-Cyprus College of Southwest University for Nationalities, using intelligent power meters to collect various electrical parameters and switching signals at the distribution site. The system adopts the on-site local networking method. After networking, it communicates via the field bus and is transmitted to the background. The Acrel-3000 prepaid energy management system realizes real-time monitoring and management of power distribution circuits.

0 Overview

The prepayment projects of Southwest University for Nationalities mainly include 13 new student dormitories and 14 electric meter prepaid electricity sales management systems.

The project has two buildings, all six floors, a total of 532 rooms, of which 129 rooms of 13 Bengbu College, 243 rooms of 14 Tibetan Institutes, using 195 ADF100 single-phase multi-user electric energy meter of our company.

1 Demand analysis

The dormitory is the place where students live and learn, safety is the top priority! When students use electricity, it is inevitable that there will be irregularities. It is absolutely not enough to rely solely on publicity and students' consciousness. It is easy to generate electricity accidents. The electricity accidents that occurred in colleges and universities not only caused trouble for the school but also caused harm to students. After the introduction of the safe intelligent prepaid energy management system, fire and injuries caused by the use of electrical appliances will not recur. The system can automatically, accurately and quickly identify overloaded power, illegal use of electricity, etc., and can start circuit protection functions in a timely manner. Modern intelligent means can completely eliminate major safety hazards. Nowadays, the logistic management of student apartments has become more socialized. The original management model requires a lot of manpower support. The introduction of apartment-style safe electricity pre-paid energy management systems will greatly reduce the workload of logistics management. Save the manpower and financial resources for the school. All units and individuals have the role of blood resources. The recovery of funds affects the profit income of units and individuals and also brings certain troubles to the financial work. Due to the use of this intelligent management system, its accuracy, timeliness, fairness and reasonableness establish a good image of the logistics management department.

This technical condition is applicable to the dormitory building of Tibetan and Qiang Nationality College of Southwest University for Nationalities. The supplier's products should have high security and reliability, be easy to expand, and be easy to maintain and maintain. The product provided by the supplier shall meet at least this technical condition.

1.1 Energy metering function and prepayment function

The system performs energy metering and prepayment for each room's lighting/sockets and air conditioners; the student's electricity charges are pre-received. After the students purchase electricity at the point of sale, the system delivers their pre-purchased electricity to the meter through the communication network. In the unit, the prepayment function is implemented.

1.2 No-charge shutdown function

When the remaining power of the room circuit is used up, the circuit of the meter unit will be automatically shut down, and will be automatically closed after the payment is completed.

1.3 Air Conditioning Control Functions

The system can control the power supply of the air conditioning circuit as required.

The maximum load value of the room circuit can be set within a certain range as required, and the overload will automatically shut off the power.

1.5 Electricity Inquiry Function

When users pay, they can inquire about their corresponding current remaining power and total power consumption.

1.6 Sales Statistics and Analysis Functions

The system can print date, month, year and other statistical reports according to the user's different time and needs.

2 system solutions

Acrel-3000 system of Acrel According to the actual situation of Southwest University for Nationalities, the overall network structure is directly connected to the data collector through the shielded twisted pair and then connected to the monitoring host of the duty room through the fiber to ensure the stability of the transmission of the power management and monitoring system. With real-time nature.

There are 195 ADF100s in the site, which are divided into 24 RS485 buses and connected to the communication manager. The communication manager is connected to the monitoring host through the optical fiber to the duty room to realize the data connection between the instrument on the bus and the monitoring host.

2.1) Station Control Management

Station management The management personnel of the power monitoring system are the direct windows of human-computer interaction.

2.2) Network Communication Layer

The communication layer is mainly composed of four ANET-LX8 Ethernet devices, optical fibers, and a bus network. The main function of ANET-LX8 communication management machine is to monitor on-site smart meters; the main function of Ethernet equipment, optical fiber and bus network is to realize the data exchange between substations and main stations, so that the distribution system management is centralized, informatized and intelligent. It has greatly improved the safety, reliability and stability of the distribution system and has truly achieved unattended operation.

2.3) Field Device Layer

The field device layer is a data collection terminal, which is mainly composed of smart meters. The smart meter uses a shielded twisted pair RS485 interface, uses a MODBUS communication protocol bus type connection to access the communication server, and the communication server reaches the monitoring host for networking to achieve remote control.

The on-site instrument is connected in a hand-in-hand manner through a shielded twisted pair (RVSP2*1.0). Each bus connects about 20 smart meters. Different types of smart devices are connected to different buses, and then the data is uploaded to the communication. The management machine ANET-LX8 then uploads the data to the local monitoring terminal. The specific connection diagram is as follows:

3 system function

Room management: Users can configure the room information, such as the address of the energy meter in the room, loop number, etc., and can add and delete rooms, query room properties, etc.

Room electricity purchase: Under normal circumstances, after the students pay online through the card, the pre-paid electricity sales system pays the corresponding meter circuit according to the updated middle table of the card manufacturers.

Therefore, there is no need for artificially paid contributions. The reason for retaining this function is that when the student has a payment error, the administrator can operate manual payment (supporting negative numbers).

4 Conclusion

In the application of power distribution facilities today, the distribution security of the school dormitory project is of utmost importance. The application of the Acrel- 3000 pre-paid energy management system introduced in the project of the Southwest University for Nationalities in this article can realize the distribution circuit for the student dormitory. The real-time monitoring of electricity can not only show the power status of the circuit, but also has the function of network communication. It can form a pre-paid energy management system with a communication manager and a computer. The system analyzes and processes the collected data. It displays real-time running status of each dormitory. It has a pop-up alarm dialog box, voice prompts, and generates various energy reports, analysis curves, graphics, etc. Meter reading, as well as analysis and research, the system can automatically, accurately and quickly identify overloaded electricity and illegal electricity. The system is safe, reliable and stable. It provides a real and reliable basis for solving electricity problems in school dormitory projects and has achieved a good level of management.
