The indexing of the radiator panel is automatically controlled via a servo control. The pitch of spots can be accurately positioned to facilitate the even distribution of internal pressure against the spot welds.

The production line for panel radiators includes: decoiler, roll form press machine, automated panel matching machine, spot weld for positioning, multi-spot welding, longitudinal seam welding, traverse seam welding, panel side trim, traverse trim press, and automated panel stacking machine.
Additionally, independent machines are available, such as header punch press and assembly fixtures.
