Chassis and Power System:
The chassis uses FAW, FOTON, or DONG FENG models, known for their strong carrying capacity, good dynamic performance, and low fuel consumption. Clients can choose between separate power or chassis-mounted power configurations.
Pumping Hydraulic System:
The overall hydraulic control system and oil pressure signals make operation simple and reliable. This improves the speed of swing cylinder reversing and reduces impact. At the same time, the large oil cylinder reversing moment action is accelerated, ensuring the concrete cylinder is fully filled, resulting in continuous and smooth concrete output.
Hydraulic System of Jib Structure and Support Legs:
Arms equipped with a load-sensing proportional control system ensure smooth arm movement and excellent operating performance. Electro-hydraulic and manual multiple valves allow wireless remote control and manual control in emergencies. The oil lines for support legs and jib structure can be directly switched, preventing errors and ensuring safe construction.
Jib Structure System:
The jib structure system is based on finite element analysis, dynamic analysis, and testing, supported by accurate data.
