    Second, use

    Third, product classification

   The main classification of bulk feed trucks produced by our factory (according to the discharge drive method):

1. Electric auger type : It is suitable for loading and unloading transportation of supporting places of three-phase electric power, (where there is no three-phase power, it can be installed on-board generator);

2. Hydraulic auger type : It is suitable for loading and unloading transportation of non-electric supporting places;

Due to the low number of electric twisters, easy maintenance and high efficiency, our products currently use electric augers.

    Fourth, the operation method

1. For the electric auger, firstly connect the external power supply of 380V correctly, and check whether the rotation direction of the auger is consistent with the rotation indicator. If it is not consistent, switch the phase change knob on the panel of the control electric box to switch, and the rotation direction is not correct. Loading and unloading operations.

When the motor is being repaired or replaced, the steering of the motor must be corrected to ensure that the direction of rotation and marking of the auger are consistent.

2. Before discharge, it is necessary to adjust the discharge pipe to the corresponding position. The above twisted pipe is used for “lift start” and “down start”. The button adjusts it to the required height, and then turns “left and right "Button to adjust direction. Press the "hydraulic start" button before adjusting to control lift and left and right rotations. Press the "hydraulic start" button to start the hydraulic motor before adjustment. After the operation is completed, remember to press the "hydraulic stop" button to stop the hydraulic motor.

It is forbidden to activate the "Right and Left" button when the discharge auger has not risen, otherwise it will damage the rotating system.

3. Start the unloading motor according to step 4. After all the motors are started, pull the manual valve control lever of the corresponding unloading bin and control the opening of the valve properly to ensure that the auger discharges smoothly and completes the feeds loaded in each bin in turn.

4, unloading operation steps:

(a) First operate the "Output Recall" button to allow the auger at the front of the discharge tube to work.

(B) operation "feed start" button, its function is to raise the feed to the height of the auger discharge port.

(3) Operation: Feed start button to enable feed output in the bin.

5, stop the unloading operation step is to press the appropriate button in reverse: feed stop → feed stop → output stop. Then adjust the discharge helix to return it to position, then press the "hydraulic stop" button.

  V. Precautions when using

1. Please use the vehicle strictly in accordance with the requirements of use. It is forbidden for personnel not familiar with the operation procedure to operate without authorization.

2. In daily use, in places with butter, rotating gears and fixed lifting augers, regular filling of butter is needed to keep the running parts in a lubricated state and prolong their service life.

3. After the unloading is completed, the discharge pipe must be put in place to avoid collisions or shifting of the center of gravity in transit.

4. The motor and generator used in the feed vehicle are non-waterproof equipment. It is forbidden to wash directly with water and pay attention to waterproof.

5 , the girder fastening bolts and other fasteners need to be checked frequently, if they are loose, they should be firmly fastened.
