The input supply voltage and frequency are definitely recognized. The current voltage supply in China is: three sets of exchange 380V; single phase 220V. Domestic machine tools usually use three-phase 380V, frequency 50Hz power supply, and some imported machine tools do not use three sets of AC 380V, frequency 50Hz power supply, and these machines are equipped with power transformers, users can choose according to the requirements of the response, The next step is to reflect on the ups and downs of the power supply conference, whether the glass level gauge can meet the needs of the machine tool and whether the proximity of the machine tool can affect the large-scale shake of the power supply. If the voltage is too large or there are large equipments, it must be installed. Since the power supply is not shaken and electrical disturbances occur, the machine tool will affect the invariability of the machine tool.


2. The phase sequence of the power supply definitely recognizes that when the phase sequence is connected to the wrong one, the fuse of the control unit can be blown. The method of reflecting on the phase sequence is comparatively simple. Use the phase sequence to measure the following figure. When the phase sequence table is clockwise, the phase sequence is reversed. The phase is accurate, otherwise the phase sequence is wrong. In this case, simply replace any two power wires in the UVW three-phase circuit.
