Abstract: Based on the rapid development of science and technology, people rely more and more on power resources. At this stage, the operating costs of domestic power systems are still relatively high. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the work of all aspects of the power system. The power monitoring system plays an important role in the entire power system. It can effectively promote the efficiency of power grid management and reduce the operating costs of the power system. This paper describes the application of the power monitoring system in office buildings through the application of the power monitoring system in Fujian Longyan Building. .

0 Preface

Distribution automation is an integrated information management system integrating computer technology, data transmission technology, control technology, modern equipment and management. Its purpose is to improve the reliability of power supply, improve the quality of power, provide users with quality services, reduce operating costs, and reduce the labor intensity of operating personnel.

With the continuous development of the electric power network and the continuous increase in the power load, various new types of loads have emerged. Users are paying more attention to the issue of power quality. At the same time, they also put forward more stringent requirements for power quality. Users need more effective power monitoring and management solutions to meet the challenges brought about by these changes, in order to achieve a continuous, reliable, efficient and low-cost operation of the power distribution system. This article describes the application of power monitoring systems in office buildings through the construction of power monitoring in Longyan Youth Building in Fujian.

1 Project Overview and Construction Objectives

Fujian Longyan Youth Building is located at Land J, Longyan City Business Operation Center. It has a total investment of 180 million yuan, a total construction area of ​​39,500 square meters, a total height of 92 meters, a total of 22 floors (1 underground and 21 above ground), of which the first floor is underground. Garage and Air Defence, 1 to 3 floors for commercial finance and supporting services, and 4 to 21 floors for high-end office buildings. The power consumption of the entire building is divided into 10kV and 0.4kV, and the 10kV part includes two incoming lines and two transformer outgoing lines. The 0.4kV part includes two transformer inlets and 74 low-voltage outlet circuits, which are responsible for the power supply of lighting sockets, power, air conditioning and other equipment in the entire building.

In the power monitoring system, the monitoring requirements mainly include the following aspects:

1. Remote observation. The system is required to accurately detect current, voltage, active power, reactive power, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, switching status, and residual current.

2. Remote communications. The system is required to deliver the operational status of the equipment and fault information in a timely manner.

3. Alarm. The system is required to set alarms for various kinds of information. 4. Display. The system is required to be able to display the operational information of each part on the spot.

2 Design of power monitoring system

In the design of the monitoring system, we must fully consider the actual needs of customers, as well as the actual structure of the power system, the actual load capacity of the power system, and other factors, and then choose a reasonable monitoring equipment, which will not only help reduce the cost of system operation, but also It is conducive to the realization of system functions. The power monitoring system of this project can realize the real-time monitoring of the high and low voltage distribution circuit in the building and is conducive to power management. On the other hand, the power monitoring system can not only accurately show the power status of the loop, but also has network communication and other functions. It can be combined with computers, serial servers, etc. to display the status of each distribution circuit in the building in a timely manner. When the load of the power system in the building exceeds the standard, the power monitoring system can quickly alarm and issue voice prompts. In addition, the power monitoring system can also generate statistical information such as reports and graphs, which facilitates the analysis of power consumption in various parts of the building and makes the power activities in the building more secure, thereby ensuring the safety of people in the building and improving office work. Personnel work efficiency. 2.1 System Structure Based on the distribution situation of the new office building and the distribution of offices, the on-line monitoring system for energy consumption adopts a hierarchical distributed structure. The system includes: station management layer, network communication layer, and field device layer. The system network structure is shown in Figure 2:

The direct window of human-computer interaction between the management and management personnel of the management team and the computer calculates, analyzes, and processes various types of data collected on the site, and reflects the operating status of the site by means of graphics, digital display, sound, etc., which is the most systematic The upper part. Mainly by the system software and necessary hardware equipment, such as industrial-grade computers, printers, UPS power supply and other components.

The device used by the communication layer is the NPORT5630 serial server. This layer is a bridge for data information exchange. It is responsible for the collection, classification, and transmission of data information sent back by field devices, and it also conveys various control commands from the upper computer to the field devices.

The field device layer is mainly connected to various types of instruments used for the collection and measurement of electrical parameters in the network, and it is also a necessary basic element for constructing the distribution system. According to the actual characteristics of this project, ARCM200L-Z intelligent instrument is installed for each circuit of the low-voltage power distribution circuit during the design of this project to realize the residual current, temperature, three-phase current, three-phase voltage, frequency, power, and four of each circuit. Quadrant power and other electrical parameters are monitored; and the status of each circuit breaker's closing and closing is monitored.

2.2 Network Design

The network system in the power monitoring system can transmit data in time and quickly transfer operation instructions, which is the basis for realizing various functions of the power monitoring system. For the Fujian Longyan Youth Building Power Monitoring System, the number of monitoring devices in the system is relatively small, and most of them are concentrated in one distribution time. At this time, each device can be connected to the bus in the local area, and then each piece is connected to the bus. The bus is fully connected to the communication gateway to realize the transfer with the host. 2.3 monitoring system software function design

The system is designed according to the customer's actual needs and realizes a main wiring diagram interface display; electric parameter telemetering and electric parameter crossing limit alarm; event record; system operation abnormality monitoring; fault alarm and operation record; report query and printing; system load real-time , history curve, user rights management and other main functions.

2.3.1 Data Acquisition and Processing

Data acquisition mainly includes analog and digital acquisition. The acquisition of analog quantity mainly collects the information of line voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency, etc. The collection of switch quantity is mainly the working status of the circuit breaker, isolation switch, grounding switch and other equipment, and the power-off protection. Alarm information such as operation faults is collected to realize local real-time display of remote data. Data processing is mainly to display the electrical parameters collected according to requirements in real time and accurately to the user, so as to meet the requirements of automation and intelligence of the power distribution monitoring. At the same time, the collected data is stored in the database for user query.

2.3.2 Data Record

The data recording function of the power monitoring system is mainly to record the sequence of the circuit-breaker-disconnected state and the protection operation. It requires that there must be enough memory space in the system, and then a long time and a large amount of data information is recorded and stored. Secondly, the data recording function of the power monitoring system also includes the recording of fault information, that is, recording and storing the real-time current, real-time voltage, and other data when the fault occurs. It can be seen that the data recording function can accurately reflect the problems in the system through the recording of the working status of the protection device and the recording of the fault information, thereby facilitating the solution of the staff.

2.3.3 Remote Operation

The remote operation of the power monitoring system includes remote monitoring, long-distance communication, remote control, etc., and realizes the remote control of the power system, so that the staff can remotely observe the current, voltage and other information, analyze the system failure, and protect the device. The assessment of the status makes it easier for the staff to operate the isolation switch and other equipment remotely, which greatly reduces the workload of the staff. However, in the power supply and distribution design, not only the power monitoring system but also the artificial operating system must be designed. When the power monitoring system fails, it can be handled manually.

2.3.4 Power Management

In order to realize the supervision of the power consumption of the circuits in the building, the system has designed a power management report. The system automatically generates daily reports, monthly reports and annual reports and reports printing functions according to the different names of the circuits. , and can query the power consumption in a certain period of a certain loop, can help the property to establish an effective energy management assessment system. Through the construction of the system and the establishment of the system, the energy-saving awareness of the management staff of the companies that have settled in the enterprises has been greatly improved, and the energy consumption of the company’s management office has been effectively saved.

3, the significance of application of power monitoring system in power supply and distribution design

In summary, the power monitoring system helps power users to improve efficiency, reduce losses, and reduce operating costs.

The control system can effectively ensure the efficiency of power grid management and reduce the cost of power operation. It also becomes an indispensable part of power supply and distribution design. The power monitoring system's functions such as communication, fault alarm, and data storage and recording make the staff more convenient in practical work.
