On December 23, the National Quality Project Commendation Ceremony to Ensure the Quality of National Key Projects was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. The 144 projects representing the highest level of China's engineering construction industry won the 2010 National Quality Project Award. Among them, ten petroleum and chemical industrial engineering projects, including the Zhenhai National Petroleum Reserve Base, were honored with the 2010 National Quality Project Silver Award.
The ten key oil and chemical industry projects won this award are: Zhenhai National Petroleum Reserve Base Project built by Zhenhai National Petroleum Reserve Base Co., Ltd., Zhoushan National Petroleum Reserve Base Project built by Zhoushan National Petroleum Reserve Base Co., Ltd., and Sinopec. Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd., which was established by Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd., expanded the 450,000 tons/year PTA production line project. Yanzhou Coal Yulin Nenghua Co., Ltd. built the Yanzhou Coal Yulin 2.3 million tons/year methanol. Project Phase I 600,000-ton/year methanol plant project, Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. natural gas branch company, Daqing Sazhong area crude oil stabilization and oilfield gas processing unit adjustment and reconstruction project, China National Petroleum Corporation Changqing Oilfield Branch No. 3 Gas production plant construction of Sulige gas field 50×108 m3/year capacity building skeleton project, China Oil and Gas Corporation Changqing Oilfield Subsidiary No.5 oil extraction plant construction of Jiyu oilfield 2.3 million tons/year production capacity building ground project , China Petroleum Xinjiang Oilfield Development Corporation Construction Corporation City gas field surface construction projects and wind heavy oil well area 32 No. 1 heavy oil treatment plant project, China Petroleum Liaohe Oilfield Huanxiling Oil Production Plant of Liaohe Oilfield Construction Qi 40 steam flooding ground construction projects.
Mu Hong, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Cao Yushu, president of the China Construction Enterprise Management Association, presented prizes to the main application units of the award-winning projects. Mu Hong emphasized that engineering construction enterprises should start from the three aspects of “grasping the opportunities, transferring the methods, and ensuring the qualityâ€, making full use of their own advantages, and clarifying the direction and correct ways of their own scientific development of service and the transformation of economic development methods.
It is understood that the National Quality Project Award is the earliest state-level quality award in China's engineering construction industry with the highest specifications and requirements. It is also the only national cross-industry and cross-professional quality award for engineering construction in China. The award covers the construction industry. Various industries in the fields of engineering, railway, highway, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, and water conservancy. Since the approval of the award by the State Council in 1981, 1,410 projects have won National Quality Project Awards, including 50 gold awards and 1360 silver awards.
