The company has announced that it has appointed William G. Quigley III is its new chief financial officer and executive vice president, effective from March 1, 2012.
Quigley succeeded James A. Yost posts. Yost was appointed Dana’s CFO in 2008 and will leave Dana when the contract expires on May 12, 2012.
Quigley worked at Visteon Corporation from 2007 to 2011 as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Prior to this, Quigley also worked for Federal-Mogul Group and Deloitte & Touche.
Quigley holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University and a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants AICPA.
