For the axial tension and compression test, the sampling speed is not high because of the requirement for slow loading. However, within the online flexibility range, the sampling accuracy is very high. Therefore, first, higher precision is required, and secondly, the sampling rate is as fast as possible. For this reason, before the signal enters the external interrupt port of the MCU, a cycle multiplication process is performed to improve the measurement accuracy.
The MCU only needs to count the frequency pulse in the signal period to measure the load value it represents. The use of a single-chip microcomputer as a timer and its measurement program has been introduced in various ways, and will not be repeated. Other settings are: (1) Zero: The relative measurement zero can be set arbitrarily, which not only facilitates reading, but more importantly, avoids the side deviation caused by zero disturbance.
(2) Locking: It can be used to store important test value data, such as the load value at the yield limit point.
(3) Recovery: You can re-read the data after pressing /0 at any convenient time after locking/locking 0 data. When the Resume button is pressed again, the meter will continue to display the load value being measured. In the meantime, the MCU continues the measurement in the background.
