When the flowmeter is installed on the pipeline, strictly follow the flowmeter operation manual, and make sure that the working pressure and temperature meet the flowmeter setting requirements to prevent the pressure from being too large or too small, causing the measurement to be inaccurate and the flowmeter to be damaged. The glass tube is broken or the float is stuck and cannot move flexibly. When installing, be careful to protect the instrument as much as possible, and carry the flowmeter with professional protective gloves to prevent people from being cut by glass products.

The operator should read the instructions in detail before use. When opening the valve, it must be slowly opened. If the estimated flow can float the rotor and the rotor does not move upwards! At this time, stop the valve immediately and gently tap the pipe! The rotor can rise slowly. There are a lot of operators who have opened the valve too hard! Just installed new equipment! A fierce opening valve caused damage to the glass tube in the glass rotor flowmeter. This should be brought to the attention of the user.

Some operators prefer to remove the front cover, which is not allowed because the glass tube is easy to blast and the cover protects. Therefore, it is not possible to remove the cover.

After using the flowmeter, for a glass rotor flowmeter that is not used temporarily, find a suitable placement environment so that it is not damaged, keep the flowmeter clean and complete the parts, and have a professional place and container to place. The flow meter that is not used temporarily avoids frequent moving position, because the glass tube of the flow meter contains a stainless steel float, and frequent movement causes the float to hit the glass tube, which is liable to cause human damage.
