1. It is best not to sterilize different types of items at the same time, such as dressings and solutions, rubber and equipment. In order to avoid misunderstandings, good results cannot be obtained.

2. Check the water level indicator every time you heat and see if there is enough water. If the water level is too low, the water tank must be replenished immediately. During the sterilization process, if the water level alarm indicator on the meter box is found to be on, the water level must be checked immediately. If the water level is too low, the main valve knob should be turned off and the total valve knob should be turned to the “full row” position to completely drain the sterilizer steam. , to be jacketed and sterilized indoor water supplement. Then press the low water level reset button on the right side of the electrical box. At this time, the alarm indicator will also go out and continue heating.

3. The sterilizer should pay special attention to whether the conductive column in the water level meter is in the middle of the water level glass tube. If it is skewed, it will cause the conductive column in the water level glass tube to fail to produce a normal effect. Even at a low water level, the power cannot be cut off immediately. At the same time, always look at the tip of the conductive column for scale formation. Since scale increases resistance, it should be removed to avoid accidents.

4. When the steam enters the sterilizing chamber, the valve in the front section of the condensate drainer should be opened gradually so that the condensate drainer can intermittently discharge the air and condensate from the sterilization chamber to ensure the sterilization effect.

5. Safety valve lifting handle should be pulled 1 or 2 times a week to keep it flexible.

6. The electric heating of the electric heating pipe joints should always be checked and tightened to prevent loosening and overheating.

7. The sterilizer should be kept clean and dry, especially when not in use, it should be wiped clean to avoid corrosion.

8. The sterilizer should be operated under complete conditions and regularly maintained so that normal operation can be performed to avoid accidents.

9. Flushing: The syringe should be removed, re-brushed, dried, packaged, and then autoclaved; the kits and dressings should be allowed to dry before re-autoclaving.

10. Cold air mass: The remaining air should be drained, drained completely and then sterilized according to the sterilization procedure.

11. When the water is cut off:

1 ) Sterilize spare items in advance.

2 ) Dispensing spare syringes and various equipment packages, infusion bottles and other items.

3 ) The recovered syringes, infusion bottles, funnels, instruments, etc. shall be soaked in fresh water until they are to be washed.

4 ) The recovered needle is rinsed with back-water and boiled for treatment.
