Tooling Development Process:

1. Quotation: We need clear requirements from you.
2. Negotiation: Discuss material, cavity, price, delivery time, payment terms, etc.
3. Order: Based on your design or our recommendation.
4. DFMEA: Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis to reduce risks.
5. Mold Design: 2D/3D drawings.
6. Cutting Tooling Notice: Start mold making after customer approval.
7. Weekly Report: Update mold progress weekly.
8. Sample Confirmation: Send samples for review. If not satisfied, we modify the mold.
9. Delivery: Deliver the mold after sample approval and arrange shipping.

6. Q: What if the mold needs modification?

A: Once the mold is paid for, it belongs to the customer.
