The system can remove large amounts of water without heating the oil, making it ideal for separating water from oil with equal proportions. After treatment, the oil cleanliness level reaches NAS 6, and the water content is reduced to below 50ppm. This ensures that the oil used for bearing cleaning is less prone to rust, reducing costs and allowing for oil reuse. **Working Principle:**
The coalescence separator contains two types of filters: a separation filter and a coalescence filter. During operation, the oil enters the separator through an inlet, where it is distributed by a filter tray into each coalescence filter. As the liquid flows from the inside to the outside of the coalescence filter, it undergoes four key processes: filtration, emulsion breaking, coalescence, and sedimentation. This process effectively separates water droplets, which then settle at the bottom of the shell. Some of these droplets flow into the separation filter, which is made of a special water-repellent material that efficiently blocks small droplets, allowing them to coalesce and fall back down. This ensures effective removal of water, which is monitored via a level gauge and removed periodically through a drain valve. The purified oil is collected by the separation filter tray and exits through the outlet.
