The device can remove a large amount of water without heating the oil, and it can quickly separate water from oil that has an equal mix of both. After treatment, the oil cleanliness reaches NAS6, and the water content is reduced to 50ppm. This ensures that the filtered oil is less likely to cause rust when used for bearing cleaning, reducing costs and allowing oil reuse. Its compact design makes it easy to operate, and its non-wearing parts result in low maintenance costs and minimal energy consumption. The trolley-style design allows for easy movement of the equipment. **Working Principle:** The coalescence separator contains two types of filters: separation and coalescence filters. The oil passes through the inlet of the separator into the filter shell, where it is distributed by the filter tray to each coalescence filter. As the liquid flows from inside to outside of the coalescence filter, it undergoes four processes: filtration, emulsion breaking, coalescence, and sedimentation. The emulsion is broken down, and small water droplets combine into larger ones, settling at the bottom of the shell. Some of these droplets flow into the separation filter, which is made of a special material with excellent water-repelling properties. These small droplets are effectively blocked outside the filter, forming larger drops that settle again, ensuring effective removal of water. The settled water is visible via a lever meter, allowing for periodic drainage through a valve.
