Integral Blade Stabilizer
The Integral Blade Stabilizer is available in two configurations: Straight and Spiral. These stabilizers are manufactured as a single unit from high-strength alloy steel AISI 4145H, typically featuring either three or four blades. The working surface of the stabilizer is equipped with carbide inserts to enhance durability and extend service life.
Product Details
• Constructed as a one-piece design using high-strength alloy steel for superior performance.
• Prevents differential sticking by stabilizing the Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) and keeping drill collars and pipes away from the borehole wall. This reduces vibration, drill pipe whirl, and wellbore tortuosity. It also ensures accurate drilling trajectory whether drilling straight, horizontal, or directional wells.
