ईको फ्रेंडली चार्जिंग स्टेशन में भारत का उज्ज्वल भविष्य

The rising costs of conventional energy sources, increased consumption, and growing pollution have been a long-standing concern for people. This has led customers to adopt CNG after petrol and diesel, but despite this shift, the convenience and speed they expected from these energy sources were not fully met. However, as time passed, technological advancements in energy sources have taken place, and solar energy has gained priority. People are now using electricity generated from solar energy not only for transportation but also in their homes. The government has also launched various initiatives to raise awareness about solar energy. Due to technological development, the use of solar energy has expanded into the automotive sector, and charging stations for electric vehicles are being established across the country. The expansion of eco-friendly charging stations is not only providing convenience to customers but also creating new job opportunities. These charging stations are leading us toward a brighter and sustainable future. When it comes to solar energy projects, the government has made the process of adopting solar energy and setting up charging stations much simpler. With an emphasis on environmental awareness and a vision for a better future, electric vehicles are being prioritized. Plans are underway to provide eco-friendly charging stations at major roads, parking areas, malls, petrol pumps, and other public places. The Indian government has issued certain guidelines under which any individual or organization can set up charging stations for public use. In recent years, the government launched the National Electric Mobility Mission, aiming to have 6 million electric vehicles on Indian roads by 2020 and 30% of mobility electrified by 2030. Experts estimate that this auto-mobility plan could generate around 65 million jobs in the automotive sector by 2026. Keeping these future possibilities in mind, plans are being made to establish eco-friendly charging station hubs in cities like Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Pune, Amravati, Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Several companies are involved in the construction of charging stations. EEESL is actively promoting the use of electric vehicles and has set a target of introducing 10,000 electric vehicles in government ministries and departments. So far, EEESL has successfully constructed 350 stations. To strengthen the automotive sector, companies such as Delhi Transco Limited, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited, Gujarat Energy Development Agency, and Bescom are working on establishing charging infrastructure. According to government guidelines, no license is required to set up eco-friendly charging stations. Charging points will also be installed in residential areas, with instructions that a public charging station should be placed every 25 kilometers on highways. These companies are also responsible for maintaining the charging stations for three years. It is estimated that the cost of one charging station will be around four lakh rupees, with a separate power supply plan in place. The government will also provide a subsidy of 1,050 crore rupees for setting up these stations, which will be established in collaboration with NTCP and Power Grid. **Benefits of Electric Vehicles:** Electric vehicles have gained popularity among people due to environmental protection and affordability. Some key advantages include: - The cost of running an electric vehicle is significantly lower compared to petrol or diesel vehicles, as the cost of charging an electric car is about one-third of what it would cost to drive the same distance on petrol. - Electric vehicles require less maintenance and servicing, and their parts, such as motors and radiators, are relatively inexpensive. - No harmful gases are emitted from electric vehicles, helping to keep the environment safe. - Charging stations powered by solar energy help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. - Electric vehicles can be charged using solar power plants instead of grid electricity. - Electric vehicles are lighter and offer better mileage than petrol or CNG vehicles. **Related Post:** - Solar-Powered E-Charging Stations and Their Benefits - How Solar Energy Empowers the Automotive Sector - How to Reduce Air Pollution
