1, rough selection

The recovery rate of tungsten operation was 56.25%, the recovery rate of antimony operation was 18.18%, and the recovery rate of gold operation was 33.90%.

Granular recovery results: tungsten: 80 mesh to 200 mesh, 80% for +40 mesh, and 37.24% for -200 mesh.

2, rough selection of the shaker in the mine (mixed concentrate) and then shake

The shaker has a processing capacity of 0.75 tons/set. 3, trough floating bed to choose tungsten

The tailings after the ore is floating float gold and antimony sulfide ore, generally only two 6-S shakers are activated. When the processing capacity of a single shaker is 0.29t/set, the concentration is about 8%. The selected particle size is about -40 mesh and about 80%. The result of the selection is:

1. Selected into the ore grade WO3 4.61%, concentrate WO3 67.23%, tungsten recovery rate is 26.49%, the recovery rate of raw ore is 16.95% (tungsten in gold concentrate is not included).

2. Granular recovery: 50% between 120 and 200 mesh, 42.79% for -200 mesh metal, and 49.03% for 200 mesh metal in tailings. -200 mesh or less (not water analysis).

4, rough selection shaker gold concentrate selected recovery monomer gold

In order to increase the total recovery of gold for early harvest, the gold concentrate produced by the rough selection shaker is concentrated into the gold extraction room. The method for recovering the monomer gold is as follows: firstly, the oscillating belt chute is used for rough selection, and the tail sand is swept by a shaker, and the obtained gold sand is artificially washed and enriched, and then the monovalent natural gold is recovered by a mixed recording method.

The results of the measurement: the processing of gold concentrate is 0.335 tons, the gold return is 734.818/t, the -80 mesh accounts for 91.93%, and the -200 mesh point is 37.26%. The recovery rate of the whole process was 59.71%. From the analysis of the sieve analysis data: the vibrating belt chute mainly recovers gold in the 160-200 mesh class, while the gold recovery in the 80-140 mesh is poor, and the shaker makes up for the deficiency, mainly recovering 80 mesh-140. The gold in the eye. It can be seen that the selection process of the vibrating belt + shaker combined with the recovery of the monomer gold is suitable.
