Because of his obsession with studying the structure of the engine, when he graduated in 2001, Yang Gang was selected as a high-product laboratory. When choosing a position, Yang Gang was also quite hesitant: “It's a real temptation to go to the 615 factory.†But in the end Yang Gang followed his heart because every person in the production unit was engaged in a single type of work. The room is different, test, check the problem, find the reason, this is what he likes.
After 15 years passed, Yang Gang has now become a veritable master in the eyes of everyone. He can always surprise him and he can use a small amount. More importantly, this workbench can be used for the assembly of cylinder heads of all models of Weichai. Whether it is installing valve seats, sealing sleeves, pressing or installing valves, it can be done in one go, saving time and effort.
What is a master? Probably just like Yang Gang. “When I first arrived, everyone said that Master Yang was very powerful. I was still puzzled. Master Yang was not obviously dewy. It looked like no difference from us. But once, the engine failed during the test, and it did not continue for many days. We were able to find out the reasons, and all of our possibilities were eliminated, and we couldn't find the slightest clue. Until that day, Master Yang unwittingly passed the test site and listened to the pump, and later discovered that it was because of the pump. The water temperature was too high, causing a series of breakdowns.†A good doctor looked around and asked him to know the cause of the disease. Yang Gang is undoubtedly the “famous doctor†of the engine. When I listen to the ear, I get to know a small problem. The people around him were surprised and admired Yang Gang.
The trial is the place to fully expose the problem. As Yang Gang puts it, “Everybody everywhere hopes that there will be fewer failures, the better, but here we are, we hope that the more problems, the better.†All problems are exposed during the pilot phase.
