It has become a mainstream technology and its global production capacity accounts for more than 70%. Due to the high degree of blockade and monopolization of chlorination technology by overseas chemical giants, China's chlorinated production capacity accounts for less than 10%. Chlorinated companies face multiple difficulties in investing and have long trial production periods. The pace of industrial upgrading is slow, and it is imperative for national policy guidance. .
