The project of "Deep Depth 3D Electromagnetic Detection Technology Engineering Development" has passed the acceptance test

The results of the 160 kW multi-function electromagnetic measurement system developed by the project have filled the domestic gap.

At present, China's geophysical electromagnetic detection method technology research mainly focuses on two-dimensional measurement method technology, including instrument development, measurement method research, data processing and forward and inversion simulation, which basically works around two-dimensional measurement methods, often not comprehensively Obtaining the detection data reflecting the spatial distribution of the underground geological body, thus restricting the application effect of the electromagnetic detection technology.
The large-depth 3D electromagnetic detection system uses distributed array measurement technology to simultaneously observe multiple lines and multiple points to obtain high-quality 3D observation data and comprehensive underground geological body information for underground targets. The fine interpretation and inference of the geological body provides more geophysical basis.
In 2011, the project "Deep Depth 3D Electromagnetic Detection Technology Engineering Development" was officially established, and was led by the Institute of Geophysical and Geochemical Exploration. The Institute of Physical and Chemical Exploration, Chongqing Geological Instrument Factory, Chengdu University of Technology, University of Science and Technology of China, Jilin University, and Natural Resources Department Xi'an Geological Survey Center of China Geological Survey Bureau and Nanjing Geological Survey Center, Anhui Provincial Exploration Technology Institute and other units jointly undertake. The project will focus on the development of an engineered large-depth electromagnetic detection system, which includes three aspects: instrument development and engineering, software development and integration, system testing and application.
After several years of hard work, researchers have successfully overcome a series of key technologies such as super power transmitter technology, distributed synchronous measurement, electromagnetic two, three-dimensional forward and inversion, research on three-dimensional electromagnetic detection methods, instrument development and engineering, and software development. Significant results have been achieved with integration, system testing and application demonstration.
In terms of instrument development and engineering, the researchers produced 8 sets of 160 kW, 30 kW, 5 kW series multi-function electromagnetic method (CSAMT, TDIP/FDIP) transmitters, distributed multi-function electromagnetic method (AMT/MT, CSAMT) , TDIP/FDIP) 150 receivers, 90 frequency domain inductive magnetic sensors, 4 sets of 10 kW transient electromagnetic transmitters, 60 sets of transient electromagnetic three-component receivers, and 10 parts of three-component high-temperature superconducting magnetometers Three parts of the three-component time domain inductive magnetic sensor and two parts of the three-component fluxgate magnetic field sensor. The technical indicators of the instrument are comparable to those of similar foreign commercial products, and some of the indicators are superior to similar commercial products of foreign countries.
In software development and integration, researchers have developed five integrated electrical methods (MT/AMT, CSAMT, TDIP, SIP, TEM) data management, human-computer interaction modeling, data mapping, data pre-processing and pros and cons It is a three-dimensional electromagnetic detection software system that can easily and quickly browse data and output graphic images. Compared with other commercial software, the development software has advantages in terms of its inversion function and cross-platform operation.
In terms of system test application, the researchers used the developed method and technology system in 13 test areas including Hebei Wen'an Field Test Site, Beijing Daxing Field Test Site, Ganyuan Liuyuanshan Niushan Lead-Zinc Mine, Gansu Liuyuan Huaniushan Gold Mine. Pilot research and application demonstration were carried out, and the geological-electrical model of each test area was established, and 7 prospecting targets were delineated.
The large-depth three-dimensional electromagnetic detection system developed by the project can fully realize the three-dimensional measurement of various electromagnetic detection methods in time domain induced polarization method. Combined with the hybrid synchronization technology of high-precision GPS and constant temperature crystal, multiple stations and multiple components can be realized. All-weather array-based simultaneous measurements for higher-resolution electromagnetic 3D measurement data. The expert group unanimously agreed that the project submitted the acceptance information is complete, successfully completed the various objectives and tasks, met the requirements of the assessment indicators, and agreed to pass the acceptance.
The successful acceptance of the "Deep Depth 3D Electromagnetic Detection Technology Engineering Development" project marks that China's electrical exploration technology has realized the leap-forward development from two-dimensional measurement to three-dimensional measurement. At the same time, the research of this project will also provide powerful method and technical support for the implementation of China's “three deep and one soil” strategy, which can be widely used in deep resource exploration, urban underground space exploration, deep geological structure detection and 3D geological mapping.
