The Climate Mini series is designed with excellent engineering and high-quality materials. It features a full heating observation window for easy monitoring of the test process.
There are lead holes on both sides for convenient cable management. The chamber includes triple independent over-temperature protection systems for enhanced safety.
High-quality casters allow for easy movement of the unit. The operation panel is designed to be easily disassembled for maintenance purposes.
It comes with a high-stability full-color touch screen for intuitive control. The sample holder is height-adjustable to accommodate different testing needs.
The device also includes a safety sample terminal and a super quiet operation mode for a better user experience.
Available in vertical or horizontal configurations, it meets various application requirements.

Application Scope
This equipment simulates combined climate conditions such as high and low temperature operations, temperature cycling, high humidity, low humidity, and condensation tests. It helps evaluate how well a product adapts under these environmental stresses.
It complies with international standards like IEC, JIS, GB, MIL, etc., ensuring consistency in global testing procedures.

Key Characteristics
Inner Chamber: Double-sided galvanized sheet with an anti-static surface.
Outer Chamber: Made from stainless steel 304.
Insulation: Polyurethane and fiberglass for superior thermal performance.
Seal: High-purity silicon rubber (Toshiba) for long-lasting durability.
Heater: Nickel-chromium alloy for efficient heating.
Humidifier (C): Outer tube made of seamless stainless steel SUS316; internal heating wire is nickel-chromium alloy.
Sample Holder: Standard configuration is 10kg per floor, with options of 20kg or 30kg per floor. Total capacity up to 60kg (optional).



Refrigeration Design
Modular design ensures reliability and ease of maintenance. Silver brazing rods with 45% silver content are used in welding to prevent leaks.
Ample space allows for smooth operation. Nitrogen gas is used during welding to avoid oxidation inside the tubes.
Multiple shock absorption processes and rust prevention techniques are applied for enhanced durability.
