The result of the quality supervision and inspection of valve products in the third quarter of 2010 by the Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision showed that the qualification rate of physical quality was 100%.
The spot checks are based on the requirements of the valve product quality supervision and spot checks, and the inspections of the appearance quality, assembly, gate position, operation, shell test, seal test, valve sign inspection, nameplate content inspection and other items of the valve products are conducted. Samples were taken from the production enterprises in Xi'an. A total of 7 companies were spot-checked and 40 batches of samples were taken. After testing, 40 batches of qualified samples were obtained, and the qualification rate of physical quality was 100%.
