Introduction
The S series pumps are single-stage, double-suction, horizontal split-case centrifugal pumps designed for high-volume water transfer in a wide range of applications. These pumps are ideal for industrial, agricultural, municipal, and environmental uses. The Centurion pump series includes 43 sizes ranging from 80mm to 400mm discharge, capable of handling flow rates up to 4000 cubic meters per hour and heads up to 160 meters. The design allows for easy maintenance with simple assembly/disassembly, without the need for special tools. Major wear components and replaceable parts are easily accessible, enabling quick replacement with minimal downtime and no need to remove suction or discharge piping.
Features
The S series pumps feature a horizontal, vertical axis medium open-type double-pump shell structure with lining made of cemented carbide or rubber, offering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high reliability. They utilize high-efficiency hard alloy materials and have low NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) values. To accommodate different operating conditions, the design incorporates a compact bearing structure with high bearing capacity and alloy bearing grease lubrication. Adjusting the clearance between the protection board and impeller ensures efficient pump operation. The pump can be equipped with packing seals, impeller seals, or container-type mechanical seals to meet various operational requirements. The pump and drive can be connected via direct coupling, triangular transmission, hydraulic transmission, or reducer drives. The outlet direction can be installed at eight different angles to adapt to various site installation conditions. Multiple series options are available to meet long-distance transmission needs.
