New Automotive Combination Switch Detection Device Using AT89S52 as MCU

Combination switch detection is a very important part of production. Generally, analog detection method is used, that is, all peripheral circuits of the combination switch are installed on the test bench, and the working status of each gear position is simulated with the indicator light, such as pulling the combination switch to the intermittent gear. The detection device adopts AT89S52, which is a common market, as the MCU. The chip has simple programming, convenient program downloading, and high cost performance, and is widely applied in the field of industrial control. The detection device sets a qualified indicator of ten gears and an overall qualified indicator for a certain type of combination switch. When all ten gears pass the test, the overall qualified indicator lights up. In addition, in order to focus workers' attention on preventing misjudgments, an overall qualified sound alarm is also set up, and an alarm is issued through voice while the overall qualified indicator is on.

At the same time, the detection device judges whether the switch is good or bad by means of point-to-point scanning of each position of the combination switch, and at the same time, it can also detect whether the internal wiring of the combination switch is correct and whether there is a short circuit between each lead. At the same time, in order to improve the test efficiency, it also adds an automatic test function. When the combination switch is taken, the system automatically resets, and the system automatically starts testing after the next combination switch to be tested is placed.
