Second, the policy support for parallel import vehicles continued to strengthen. In the first nine months, Tianjin imported 86,000 cars in parallel, an increase of 89.3% year-on-year. Third, the negative impact of the “8·12†mega-fire explosion in Tianjin Port on Tianjin Port has been basically eliminated. At present, Tianjin Port has recovered to the pre-explosion level in terms of warehousing, logistics and customs clearance time. After the explosion, the imported vehicles that have been transferred to Hong Kong gradually return to the Tianjin port.
