Heavy-tooth marine engineering multi-purpose marine clutch gearbox technology won

According to China Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd.: Recently, the key technology research and application of the multi-purpose marine clutch gearbox of the heavy-engine company marine engineering won the second prize of the first Ocean Engineering Science and Technology Award.

It is reported that the project is the first in China to break through the key technologies of marine engineering marine clutch gearboxes, with 4 authorized invention patents and 11 utility model patents. The new oil circuit structure of high-speed and low-heat friction clutch developed by Heavy Gear Company, various gearbox pressure integrated valves and marine clutch gearbox oil circuit system of primary lubricating oil and secondary working oil combined mode are proposed under multiple working conditions. The oil system pressure and flow matching technology, as well as the pressure regulating curve and the orifice optimization technology, effectively reduce the clutch connection shock, ensure the stable temperature and pressure of the lubricating oil, and achieve the requirements of multi-clutch switching and parallel operation.
