German Bielomatik introduced a quick valve to precisely control the oil temperature

Bielomatik has further improved the design of its two-way MQL (minimal quantity lubrication) system by introducing a new quick-acting valve that precisely controls the temperature at which oil reaches the cut-off point. By heating the oil to an appreciable temperature, Bielomatik removed one of the variable procedures to make the whole process more dynamic. The Bielomatik dual-channel system delivers mechanically-pressured oil and appropriately-proportioned control air to the Bielomatik rotary conveyors. A specially designed quick-acting valve mounted on a rotary transmission precisely controls the amount of lubricant required. The quick-change valve is equipped with heaters and reaction sensors to precisely control the temperature of the oil. The air and oil will flow alone until they reach the cutting blades before they are understood to unload them, at which point they will mix to produce a controlled pure gas-oil mixture.
