The **Gathering Marine Incinerator Type INC-18** is a compact and efficient unit designed for on-board incineration of ship's waste oil and solid materials. It is composed of four main components:
- **A. Combustion Chamber:** Equipped with a diesel oil burner, sludge burner, and an electric control panel.
- **B. Flue Gas Fan:** Ensures proper exhaust and airflow.
- **C. Flue Gas Damper:** Regulates the flow of flue gases.
- **D. Sludge Tank:** Includes a circulating pump and heater for efficient waste processing.
The incinerator features a single front door for loading solid waste and removing ash. The door can be opened when the system is in standby mode (COM. Temp. < 220°C) or during cooling down (COM. Temp. < 100°C).
The **electrical control panel** is installed directly on the incinerator and includes fuses, starters, PLC, and an operator panel. It is built according to international marine equipment standards. The **operator panel**, located on the right side, has a touch screen and defined keys for starting/stopping the system and selecting burner modes.
The burning process is controlled by the PLC and monitored via the HMI (Human Machine Interface), with temperature regulation managed automatically by the system. A photo resistor scans the combustion chamber to ensure safe and efficient operation.
