**Marine Waste Incinerator Specifications**
The GR Marine Waste Incinerator model INC-18 is designed for on-board incineration of ship waste, including both liquid sludge and solid waste. It consists of four main components: A. Combustion chamber with diesel oil burner, sludge burner, and electric control panel. B. Flue gas fan. C. Flue gas damper. D. Sludge tank with a circulating pump and heater. This unit is ideal for vessels that need efficient and compliant waste management systems. The incinerator features a single front door for loading solid waste and ash removal. The door can be opened safely when the combustion temperature is below 220°C in standby mode or when it drops below 100°C during cooling down. The electrical control panel is built according to international marine standards and includes fuses, starters, PLC, and an operator panel. The operator interface is located on the right side of the control panel and features a touch screen along with defined keys for system operation, including starting, stopping, and selecting burner modes. The combustion process is controlled by the PLC and monitored via HMI (Human-Machine Interface) with a photo resistor for flame detection. The combustion chamber temperature is automatically regulated by the PLC system.
