Dongfeng Group shares announced on Wednesday that the company and its controlling shareholder Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. have signed an agreement on the purchase of auto parts products and logistics services on February 25, 2009. According to the agreement, Dongfeng Motor Group will provide auto parts products and logistics services to Dongfeng Motor Corporation. The procurement agreement for auto parts products and logistics services is based on general commercial terms.
Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. is the controlling shareholder of the Company and holds 5,760 million domestic shares, accounting for approximately 66.86% of the company's registered capital. According to the Listing Rules Dongfeng Motor Company is a connected person of the Company and the agreement constitutes a connected transaction of the Company.
